    GLEN HAZEL SENIOR LOFTS (GLEN HAZEL,PA)

    Constructing loft apartments for seniors presented a unique opportunity to blend modern, accessible design with the comfort, dignity, and independence older residents deserve. Owned by the local public housing Resident Management Corporation, these thoughtfully designed communities empower residents while strengthening long-term
    neighborhood stability.

    THE NEW ALLEGHENY COUNTY JAIL (PITTSBURGH,PA)

    Constructing the new $147 million, 870,000-square-foot jail for Allegheny County demanded exceptional coordination, precision, and problem-solving to deliver a highly secure, technologically advanced facility at an unprecedented scale. The project stands as both an engineering achievement and a historic milestone—the largest structure ever built by a African-American in the City of Pittsburgh—reflecting
    resilience, leadership, and lasting community impact. The project was delivered on-budget, three months early.

    AGGIE SUITES (NORTH CAROLINA A&T UNIVERSITY)

    Constructing the 250,000-square-foot, 800-bed Aggie Suites Student Housing complex at North Carolina A&T University required meticulous planning and coordination to meet the unique needs of a bustling HBCU campus, while adhering to tight schedules and high-quality standards. The completed project not only provided modern, vibrant housing for upperclass students, but also reinforced the university’s commitment to fostering community, academic success, and campus growth.

    • They are responsible for moving more than 60% of US grain exports

    • Barges help relieve congestion by taking travel by truck and placing it on the water. One (1)15-barge tow can move the equivalent of 1,050 semi-trailer trucks
